Fees can be paid by bank transfer or in cash. Bank information and more details about your course will be given in your confirmation letter by email, between one and three days after receiving your online registration form. Approximately three weeks before the start of your course, we will send you another letter with further details about your classes along with updated travel information.
3. Cancellation & changes
Tuition Fees do not include Insurance. Students enrolled in an Omilo course must be covered by medical insurance. The Omilo course fees do NOT include medical coverage, and Omilo will not be held responsible in the event of accidents, illnesses, or loss/theft of valuables, either within the school premises or during activities organized outside the school. It is your own responsibility to have appropriate insurance (valid in Greece).
5. Accommodation dates
Accommodation will be available from the day preceding the first day of your Greek language classes until the day after the last day of your course. On departure day, you are asked to leave your accommodation by 11.30 am. You can request additional days of accommodation before or after your course, and we will let you know the possibilities. Accordingly, we ask you to note your arrival and departure dates on the registration form.
6. Booking changes for accommodation
If you make more than one accommodation change after we have sent you the registration confirmation, a one-time charge of 10 EUR will be added to your bill.
7. Age participants
The minimum age for all intensive group courses is 20. Most of our students in group courses are between 26 and 60 years old. Adults of all ages can take Skype courses. Children from 8 years old can book private lessons.
8. Greek lessons & class sizes
One group lesson is 50 minutes. One private lesson is 55 minutes.
All groups require a minimum of three students. The maximum number of students per level is seven in Athens and nine in Nafplion, Syros, and Lefkada. For the intensive courses, if there are less than three students in one level, teaching hours will be reduced to three hours per day (when there are two students), or to two hours of private lessons per day (when there is one student).
9. Delays & non-arrivals
If you are going to be delayed, please let us know in advance. If you arrive late, you will not be able to make up the lost hours of instruction.
